In Cogoleto, between Arenzano and Varazze, stands Villa Divin Redentore. Lying on the side of a gentle hill in the Beigua Park, very close to the sea and its unique position guarantees a dreamlike view and a relaxing atmosphere. Immersed in a large park of olive trees, palms and roses, our holiday home is the ideal place for the family: here children can play safely from danger, while parents can relax in the cool of our trees.

Cogoleto is a typical Ligurian seaside village, rich in history and tradition. The beaches, both free and equipped, are very close and easily reachable on foot from the house.

The villa dates back to the end of the 19th century, the beginning of the 20th century. It belonged to the Bianchi di Cogoleto counts and its name was Villa delle Rose, because it was surrounded by many roses. During the Second World War it was an outpost for the Germans, having a tower that allowed them to dominate the sea and the surrounding area. The villa is in Art Nouveau style and some rooms of the villa have remained in their original state and you can visit the beautiful mosaics and frescoes of the twentieth century.

The ballroom has now become a beautiful church that on Sunday is made alive by the liturgical celebration. The villa is surrounded by a large park that can be visited and flows into the large regional nature park of Beigua. In the early '30s, in the part below the villa, was built by the Carmelite nuns of Turin, a colony that gave the opportunity to children with lung diseases to live in the summer months in the beautiful marine climate, cared for by the nuns.
Over time, the house has expanded and has become a holiday home and stay for families and people who want to spend a period immersed in the beauty of nature and the healthy air of the sea.
