Student DUNS SCOTO in Bologna
The purpose of the Accommodation Structure called "Studentate Duns Scotus", managed by the "Province of St. Anthony of the Friars Minor", is to offer guests a serene and study environment and give an opportunity to rediscover human and Christian values , in a relationship of respect and cordiality with everyone. The "Duns Scotus" university student school is a temporary place of residence, offered by the Franciscan Friars only to registered students and regularly attending the University of Bologna .
The criterion is preferred to accept only university students, however all persons responding to the ideals of Christian life.
Only students who stay in the facility for at least one year are included, including the closing period of the Studentate in August.
To access the structure, a prior interview with the Director of the Student House is required and a valid identification document will be presented and a copy will be kept by the Management; access will be granted or not at the discretion of the Director even in relation to the availability of the structure.
Guests must support at least two thirds (2/3) of the exams according to their study plan (for students enrolled in the scientific faculties, the students may agree from time to time with the Director).
In agreeing the stay in the home for the following year, the certification of exams taken in the previous year and a verification interview with the Director is required.
Within 200 m. church, bus stop, cash machine, bar / restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, inhabited area. Between 1 and 5 km train station, airport, hospital.
Only annual stay, No smoking in the entire building, Compulsory security deposit, Refrigerator in the rooms.
The annual fee calculated on a monthly basis per person in a single room is € 420, in a double room € 330, in a room with three beds € 280, in a room with four beds € 240. The annual fee calculated on a monthly basis per person must be paid for 11 months per year, excluding the month of August when the facility is closed. (add 2018)
