Casa DEL MONACONE in Naples
La Casa del Monacone B & B is the result of the restoration of the ancient nineteenth-century convent annexed to the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità. Available for our guests: a cozy, fully refurbished kitchen, housed in the historic bridge named after the Neapolitan partisan Maddalena Cerasuolo, inaugurated by Joaquin Murat in 1809. A warm living room where you can share a rich and abundant breakfast every morning. A terrace on the unusual elliptical cloister of the aforementioned Basilica.
6 comfortable rooms: single, double, triple and family with private bathroom, heating, air conditioning, TV, minibar, safe.
Services: lift, internet point, free wi-fi in all rooms, terrace.
The restyling project of the old convent was completely conceived in 2006 by the well-known Neapolitan designer Riccardo Dalisi. The furniture has been obtained by renovating antique furniture, dusting off paintings and adding precious majolica tiles designed and handmade by master Dalisi. The doors and sconces in the rooms, finely treated, were instead produced by the creative laboratory Iron Angeles. With us, ancient and modern coexist beautifully.
