AbitareSGM is a reception facility that focuses primarily on those who must come to Milan for health reasons, both the patients themselves and their families.

The property offers a total of 25 rooms of three different types: single, double, and triple. Some rooms have a shared entrance and can therefore accommodate larger groups of guests; they also share bathrooms. There are also four apartments, each with its own kitchen, which can accommodate three to four people. All accommodations include a small refrigerator, wardrobes and chest of drawers, a television, heating, and air conditioning.

Although these are short- to medium-term stays, in addition to meeting the basic needs of a home (for rest, preparation, and consumption of meals), we focus on offering hospitality in a safe, family-friendly atmosphere, so our guests can enjoy their time away from home with peace of mind.

The facility is located in a central area of the city: its location, very close to the three main metro lines, as well as the Passante railway and the Central Station, make it the ideal place for easy access to any hospital in Milan and the surrounding area.

Within 200 meters: church, bus stop, subway, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, residential area. Within 1 km: train station, hospital. Between 5 and 10 km: airport.

Minimum 2-night stay, no smoking throughout the property, reception hours during limited hours, pets only in case of extreme necessity. The property is open year-round but may be closed during some major holidays.
