Immersed in a wonderful hilly landscape (350 m above sea level), our structure enjoys numerous peculiarities that offer the visitor and hiker an unforgettable holiday. The close proximity to the natural reserve of the Calanchi di Atri (WWF Oasis) and the Gran Sasso d'Italia, represents the ideal setting to spend days in absolute symbiosis with nature and all its derivatives such as, first of all, the silence, the countryside, the flora and fauna, typical of the place and last but not least the sea just 20 km from the Company.

Thanks to the vastness of its spaces, our structure is particularly suitable to host various groups, such as cultural, religious, recreational associations, as well as families and scout camps, meetings, events, seminars, conferences, spiritual retreats. Room equipped with projector.

In fact, it has eight en-suite rooms, a professionally equipped kitchen, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a natural grass pitch suitable for five-a-side football and any other activity, a welcoming and large vine pergola, a lawn shaded by conifers and a large gravel car park. All surrounded by a company-owned forest of over 30,000m2 of cherry and walnut trees.

At each shift change of the groups, the sanitization of all the rooms is foreseen with saturation nebulization of the environment of certified, odorless and non-toxic virucidal products.

The structure also has a small and characteristic Chapel for Religious Celebrations, which can also be suitable for wedding celebrations, anniversaries, baptisms etc.

Possibility on request of beach service in agreement with the Pineto (TE) beach resort and minibus transport service with a local transport company in agreement.
