The Baita Sperandio is located in eastern Trentino, on the Tesino Plateau, in an area surrounded by nature. It can be reached via a paved road along the Malene Valley in the municipality of Pieve Tesino (TN), or by climbing the SP79 of the Brocon Pass and turning left at the Marande - Funivie Lagorai fork. Coaches can arrive within 3 km of the Baita; the management will be happy to transport your luggage with their own vehicle.

Interior description: The bunk rooms sleep 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, and 18, respectively. We recommend using your own sleeping bag; otherwise, please bring your own sheets and pillowcase.

Adjacent to the vacation home are areas equipped for sports and games. There's a soccer field and a volleyball court. The surrounding area is ideal for walks, hikes, and even mountain excursions. In the winter, there's a ski resort just 3 km away.

Between 5 and 10 km away, there's a church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, and a residential area. The hospital is over 10 km away.
