Near the Passo di Viamaggio, crossroads of the two seas, at 1050 m above sea level, easy to reach (the house is located at km 17,320 of the Statale Marecchiese), it dominates the valley from the top of the Alpe della Luna. Ideal base for any trekking route on foot, on horseback, by bicycle and ... with snowshoes. Excellent for sports camps.
