The structure created in the rectory in Garda di Sonico (Bs) is located in the immediate vicinity of the main square of the town where it is possible to find parking for cars.
This is a property on several independent floors above ground with an adjacent green space.
Given its flexibility, it can be used by groups of up to 52 people with entrance directly from the churchyard via the fire escape or from Via Milano.
a) Up to thirty people can use the entire first floor which includes:
- n° 1 medium-sized kitchen;
- 3 bedrooms with 4 bunk beds each (for a total of 24 beds);
- n° 1 bedroom with n° 3 bunk beds (for a total of 6 beds);
- n° 1 living/dining room (convertible into a dormitory if necessary);
- n° 2 sets of toilets (n° 4 showers and n° 4 toilets);
- floor storage room;
- n° 1 room for internal recreational activities (on the lower floor).
b) Up to 52 people in addition to the use of the first floor can be activated on the lower floor:
- n° 1 large kitchen;
- n° 1 room intended for washing pots and pans;
- n° 1 room for cooks with n° 2 beds;
- n° 1 room intended as a refectory;
- n° 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, one with (eight beds) + another with 12 beds;
- n° 1 toilet dedicated to kitchen workers (toilet, shower, sink, etc.)
- n° 2 simple toilets (toilet and sink).
The bedrooms are equipped with mattresses, pillows and blankets (sheets or sleeping bags are not included).
All toilets have hot/cold water.
The kitchens are powered by LPG and are equipped with pots, pans, plates and dishes.
The structure can also be used in the winter.
Within 200 m. church, bus stop, residential area. Between 1 and 5 km bar/restaurant. Between 5 and 10 km train station, ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital.
Minimum one week, Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
The facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply tariffs and simply requests reimbursement for the actual recorded consumption of water, electricity, gas and heating.
