The building is the old village rectory. Laghi is the smallest municipality in the Veneto region (population 120), and is located in a charming and pristine setting. There are four dormitories with a total maximum of 25 beds. The kitchen is equipped with a new stove and oven, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, cookware, and dishes. There is also a dining room and a living room in the basement. The church is located in front of the building. The house is heated, and the living area features a pellet stove.
