Just 10 minutes from Bormio. The property, thanks to its strategic location and spacious outdoor spaces, is ideal for group holidays immersed in nature and offering tranquility.

Families with children , groups , oratories , parishes and retreats of all kinds are welcome in this splendid setting of Alta Valtellina!

The complex is made up of a main building (which houses the restaurant, bar, and meeting room) and 5 charming wooden houses containing guest bedrooms.

The structure has 51 rooms , including singles, doubles and quadruples, for a total of 108 beds.

Each cottage has approximately 8 to 12 rooms, some on the ground floor and others on the first floor . The ground-floor rooms overlooking the valley have a private entrance leading directly to the room. The rooms at the back and those on the first floor share a shared entrance that opens onto a hallway. Access to the upper floor is via stairs. Therefore, guests with mobility difficulties will only be able to stay on the ground floor.

The structure is composed of:
- A large and bright 120-seat restaurant with a panoramic view
- Two beautiful recreation rooms where groups can organize fun activities together. One seats 100, is equipped with audio and video systems, and is located on the first floor. The other, near the bar, seats 35-40 and can be equipped with additional furniture.
- Bar with an adjoining hall, ideal for short gatherings and convivial gatherings.
- Small corner for prayer
- Fenced amateur football pitch
- Parking outside the building

All spaces are barrier-free, allowing for freedom of movement in common areas, even for those with mobility difficulties.

Various treatments are offered based on the type of group.
For single guests, families, or groups of adults, Ain Karim offers full-board (or half-board) hotel accommodations, including a complete supply of sheets and daily room service. Bath towels and bed making are not included. Discounts are available for children.
For parishes, oratories, or youth groups, a flat rate is offered for full board (or half board), the same for all participants. Sheets and towels are not included, nor is room service.

In both cases, the establishment offers a set menu for both lunch and dinner, consisting of a hot first and second course , and a generous side buffet of vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats. Breakfast is also a buffet: a simple yet tasty offering.

The expected service mode is self-service.

Upon prior arrangement, instead of lunch on site, the staff will prepare a convenient packed lunch for guests, ideal for days out or in preparation for planned excursions.

Ain Karim is open both in winter and summer (June to September).
