HOSPITALITY IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO THE PROPERTY'S REUSE FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

The property is located in the center of the village, near the parish church and the main shops of the small mountain town of Entracque, gateway to the Maritime Alps Park.
The facility has 59 beds, in single or double-, three-, or four-bed rooms; an elevator, Wi-Fi; common areas for relaxation and meeting, a lounge, and the option of self-catering.

We are open during the summer and Christmas holidays. During other periods, if you have groups, please contact management to discuss the possibility and feasibility.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property; pets are not allowed. Parking is available in the internal courtyard and adjacent areas. A private, fenced sports field (soccer, volleyball) is also available less than a kilometer from the house.

Numerous trails leading to the Maritime Alps Park depart from the center of Entracque, including nature trails, via ferratas, and scenic routes. Near the town, there's a swimming pool and outdoor spaces for various sports; in the winter, there are cross-country ski trails and ski slopes. The L. Einaudi Dam (with a visitor center) is also nearby.

Within 200 meters, there's a church, bus stop, ATM, and bar/restaurant. A pharmacy is within 1 km. Various supermarkets are within 10-15 km. The train station, airport, and hospital are over 20 km away.

The structure is exempt from the National Identification Code as it is currently used for another purpose by the local municipality.
