The house is four stories high, with a large porch on the ground floor and ample outdoor space, with covered areas for individual and intergroup activities. The beds are SINGLE, NOT BUNK BED, and there are two sets of bathrooms for daytime use on the ground floor, one of which is accessible for the disabled, plus two more basic restrooms near the playgrounds. A large woodshed in a separate area with various equipment is also available.

Residential area within 200 meters. Bus stop, bar/restaurant, supermarket, and pharmacy within 1 km. Church and ATM within 1 to 5 km. Hospital within 10 km.

Spring and summer months available upon request. For other seasons, only for a suitable period.
