The structure is spread over three floors. Ground floor: a medium-large living room, a medium-sized room and the equipped kitchen with its bathroom for the cooks. First floor: 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. Second floor: 6 bedrooms with bathrooms. Large courtyard adjacent to the house and is fenced by the ancient stone wall that runs along the ancient Franciscan path that leads in 10 minutes to the Sanctuary of La Verna. The house is located within the Casentinese Forest Park. It is 45 km from Arezzo and 40 km from the Camaldoli Hermitage.
