Our holiday home is a meticulously maintained property located just outside the walls of the medieval city of Lanciano, an ideal base for exploring the Trabocchi Coast, the Adriatic Sea, the Frentane Hills, the Majella National Park, and the Abruzzo National Park.

The house can comfortably accommodate 15 people, equipped with all comforts and large outdoor spaces, including a garden with a bioclimatic pergola and barbecue area.

The house also offers the possibility of being lived in by multiple families together, having the possibility of using three different units within the same building: the first unit on the ground floor with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (sleeps 3); the second unit on the ground floor with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom (sleeps 2); the third unit on the first and second floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen and an additional kitchenette on the second floor (sleeps 10).

The rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels, courtesy kit, hairdryer, heating, TV.
