This is an independent house adjacent to the church and rectory of Pieve di Ledro (Trento). It is equipped with independent heating and can therefore be used throughout the year. It is located 200 meters from Lake Ledro and has all the essential services nearby. The house is on three floors and has more than 1000 meters of adjacent land available for various outdoor activities. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and the refectory. On the upper floor there are the dormitories and bathrooms. On the middle floor there is a multi-function room with table football and ping pong, but which can be used for any activity.

Within 200 m. church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, pharmacy, residential area. Within 1 km supermarket. Over 10 km train station, airport, hospital.

Minimum one week during the summer period, minimum 2/3 nights in other periods.
