For years, it has become a tourist destination for mountain enthusiasts, horseback riders, mountain bikers, sport fishermen, and mushroom and berry pickers, retaining its character as a quiet place, where contact with nature takes place in ideal conditions of tranquility.

The house is three stories high, with a spacious activity room on the ground floor, as well as a large dining room. The property is surrounded by extensive green spaces, including a soccer field. A short distance away, you'll find the municipal facilities in large open green spaces, including a full-size soccer field, a children's playground, and a gazebo. In the village, a short distance away, you'll find a well-stocked supermarket with fresh bread, even on Sunday mornings.
