Casa Guigas is a vacation home located in the Granges district of Pragelato, managed by the Cooperative Così Geniale , a company specializing in tourist accommodation. It is designed for group or family vacations, focusing on nature, sports, and tranquility. An ideal base for discovering and experiencing the beauty of the Chisone Valley, both summer and winter.

Just over an hour from Turin, easily accessible, Pragelato offers unforgettable holidays immersed in nature and relaxation. Nature is awe-inspiring, and the absence of large towns directly in the valley gives it the splendor that only unspoiled places possess.

Casa Guigas offers a mountain atmosphere, with traditional architecture and furnishings. It offers a total of 22 rooms with private bathrooms, divided between the main building, Villa Paola , and the Piccolo Chalet . Both standard double rooms and family rooms are available, ideal for groups of up to 70 people.

Pragelato is a municipality about 80 km north of Turin. It's well-known for its walks and trails between the Chisone and Troncea valleys in the warmer months and its Olympic-sized cross-country ski trails in the winter. About 2 km from our house are the ski lifts connecting to the Via Lattea Alpine ski slopes.

Cycling tourism is very popular in the valley, both for road cyclists and mountain bikers. For those less fit, the house offers the option of renting state-of-the-art e-bikes to explore the surrounding trails.

In our park you can also find a soccer field, a volleyball court, and a bowling alley.
