The facility, open year-round and particularly suitable for groups with disabilities, is located about 100 meters from the beach (where there is a small dock and sailing club) and is located near the train station, in the heart of the town. It is not a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and is served by all public transport, with supermarkets 100 meters away (ALDI), a post office, and more.

It has a capacity of approximately 80 places in the main building with 31 rooms of varying sizes, as well as 7 rooms for approximately 15 guests generally reserved for companions, stewards... in the adjacent guesthouse.

There is a large courtyard and garden area (approximately 2000 m2), as well as parking for approximately 30 vehicles and nautical equipment, as well as spacious outdoor areas and gazebos for outdoor activities.

The property also has a large kitchen equipped for preparing meals, as well as a suitable room for use as a pantry.

The association offers the aforementioned structure to groups in the context of completely self-managed social tourism.

Please note that the holiday home is equipped with heating, a wheelchair lift and a companion, and seven rooms with bathrooms equipped for disabled guests. All bathrooms are barrier-free and do not have shower stalls to facilitate mobility. Orthopedic beds are also available.
