The Madonna del Lares guesthouse is located in the municipality of Borgo Lares in the province of Trento, in the heart of the Giudicarie Valleys. It is surrounded by over ten thousand square meters of greenery, some of which is wooded. It is ideally located for hiking and for snow and alpine skiing enthusiasts, being adjacent (200 meters) to the Bolbeno ski slopes and bobsleigh run.

The house is spread over four floors, connected by an elevator. There are 33 rooms, all with private bathrooms, for a total of 87 beds on the first, second, and third floors.
The ground floor houses the lobby, bar, and veranda; the basement level features the living area with a spacious dining room overlooking the Carè Alto and a multipurpose room ideal for parties, film clubs, and various activities.

The outdoor area is very spacious and features a parking lot, a soccer field and a bocce court, a fir forest and an area with tables for relaxing moments immersed in nature.
