The Tramonti di Sopra L. Menegon Holiday Home is a three-story structure, renovated in 2000, located at 450 meters above sea level in Tramonti di Sopra, in the province of Pordenone. Situated in the heart of the pristine Tramontina Valley, it offers an extremely peaceful setting, an ideal starting point for walks and excursions year-round.

The three-story structure has 14 rooms (sleeping 2, 3, or 4 people), all equipped with bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink, and bidet). It is ideal for groups, scouts, and families on vacation or for school camps.

On the first floor is the spacious dining room with a lounge area and sofas that open onto a terrace with a splendid view of the valley. The commercial kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, two trolley ovens, two walk-in refrigerators, and a chest freezer. Separate from the kitchen is a pantry for food storage and a dishwashing room with a quick-clean commercial dishwasher. Barbecue equipment is provided, complete with grills and a fire pit.

The ground floor of the building includes a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and a conference/meeting room. Also on the ground floor is a small chapel for religious activities. Near the building, in the village, there are two churches for religious services.

Outside the facility, there are several green areas equipped with gazebos and tables for outdoor activities. The surrounding areas are traffic-free, allowing for all activities to be enjoyed in complete peace and quiet. A soccer field, a tennis court, ping pong tables, and a playground are just steps away.

A short distance away, accessible on foot via a path, is the picnic area on the Meduna River. The area is equipped for barbecues and sports activities, and you can also dive into the clear waters of the Meduna. From the house, you can also reach the Pozze Smeraldine, internationally recognized as one of the most beautiful places in Italy.

The property has a heating system, so it can also be used during the winter.

We offer a wooded area where scout camps can be held. The area is very large and spread over multiple levels, in a private setting yet convenient for access to services and transportation.
