The Mindino-Garessio Holiday Home has been available to parishes, groups and associations since 1972. It is surrounded by greenery in a splendid panoramic position ideal for its location in absolute tranquility also for spiritual rites. Its location gives the possibility of excursions, trips and walks in the surrounding area such as Croce del Monte Mindino and Rifugio Savona.

The structure is composed of dormitories, double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen like a hotel, a room used as a canteen, a room for recreational activities with table football and a chapel for prayer. In front of the building there is a large courtyard with adjacent parking, a fire-grill area, a lawn, a private wood and nearby (200m) a football pitch and another lawn. The house is rented to recognized organizations and associations.

Minimum one week, Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
