Groups of at least 10 people are welcome.
An ancient Benedictine monastery, later donated to the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Child Jesus, who entrusted it on loan to the Paul VI Volunteer Organization.
It is built on four floors and is accessed from the arch below the walls, where cars are parked, but it can also be reached from within the town, with small vehicles.
- On the ground floor, entering on the right, there is the reception hall with the elevator, two meeting rooms and two single bedrooms with bathrooms beyond the corridor leading to the garden.
- On the second floor we have a living room, a kitchen and laundry room, two parallel dining rooms, as well as a small lounge and toilets.
- On the third floor there are two more single bedrooms with bathrooms and two rooms, including a library.
- On the fourth floor, there are eight rooms, some with en-suite bathrooms, for a total of approximately 30 beds, provided with pillows and blankets; there are seven bathrooms in total.
From this top floor you can step out onto a beautiful balcony that allows you to admire a stunning panorama typical of the green heart of Italy, our Umbria.
Within 200 meters: church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, residential area. Between 1 and 5 km: supermarket, pharmacy. Between 5 and 10 km: train station. Over 10 km: airport, hospital.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
