We're located in the Tuscan Apennines, just a few kilometers from the Emilia-Romagna border, below the Muraglione Pass. A stream and a deep pool for diving and swimming are just minutes away, easily accessible via a trail. Vast outdoor spaces are at your complete disposal, along with a large shaded tent for activities/meetings.
Possibility of renting/purchasing firewood or poles for scout constructions, a covered wood-fired oven for cooking, playgrounds, and drinking water in the house and on the tent grounds. Upon request, we can provide additional large cooking equipment in addition to what's already in the house. Permanent fire pit is permitted.
Very suitable structure for Scout group camps.

Within 200 meters: church, bus stop. Within 1 km: pharmacy, residential area. Between 1 and 5 km: ATM, bar/restaurant, pharmacy. Between 5 and 10 km: train station. Over 10 km: airport, hospital.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
