Our holiday home, which operates in the social tourism sector (a member of CITS, the Italian Social Tourism Center), is a beachfront facility with direct access to the beach. It comprises several buildings capable of accommodating individuals, families, and organized groups, and is also equipped with specific facilities for guests with disabilities.

Thanks to the many options the facility offers, we can accommodate any type of group (sports, parishes, associations, seniors, community groups). The outdoor spaces are particularly suitable for sports activities and group games on the sports fields, but they also offer quiet meeting places immersed in the green lawns surrounding the Soggiorno 12 Stelle.

The facility extends over approximately thirty thousand square meters and features a private beach with direct access. The beach is equipped with permanent structures offering ample shade, as well as umbrellas, loungers, and chairs. During the summer months, lifeguards are available throughout the day. The beach also has changing rooms and restrooms.

The outdoor spaces are organized as follows: on the sea side there is a synthetic grass soccer field, a multipurpose field with night lighting for tennis and handball games, and two multipurpose courts for volleyball and basketball.
On the other side of the colony is the swimming pool and an entertainment facility, the Odeon, which can accommodate up to six hundred people. The indoor bar is also located in the same area.
The remaining space is organized into paths that allow access to the beach and various sports facilities, all surrounded by greenery.

The service we offer takes into account our guests' needs, both dietary and logistical, as well as financial. We can work with you to create the most suitable solution for your stay, as your needs are our priority, and we will address them with our usual availability and professionalism.
