The Casa per ferie “Maria Assunta”, owned by the Diocese Patriarcato di Venezia, is located in the municipality of Cavallino Treporti and overlooks the sea, with a large and quiet beach concession where guests can enjoy the sun and the sea; free of architectural barriers, almost to the shore, it is equipped with a large car park and parking space for buses; an equipped playground, green areas for free play, a very large park populated by cute little animals and birds; inside the large restaurant room is equipped with air conditioning and the large bright windows face the sea. The kitchen offers a typical local menu of your choice for lunch and dinner with table service.
If necessary, we can host and organize lunches or buffets for conferences, events or various occasions, from birthdays to weddings.
The House also has a large chapel for community celebrations and a very intimate chapel; numerous rooms, from 20 to 180 seats, equipped with audio and video systems and air conditioning, for every type of need: from spiritual exercises, to conferences, to work meetings. Possibility of internet connection via cable and wi-fi.
It should also be remembered that in less than an hour, thanks to the excellent public transport service in the area, there is the possibility of reaching the enchanting Piazza San Marco in Venice or visiting the beautiful islands of the Lagoon (Burano, Murano, Torcello).
