For the 2026 summer season, the property still has availability exclusively during the following periods (rate discounts are available for large groups and stays of at least three nights):

Holiday home (formerly a seaside colony, now managed by the La Pineta ETS Association) immersed in 11,000 meters of maritime pine forest at the foot of the Apuan Alps and just 400 meters from the beaches of Marina di Massa - Partaccia.

The property features a private beach equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, and sun loungers, as well as restrooms with the constant presence of our certified lifeguards and lifeguards. The property and beach are accessible and accessible to the disabled.

The LA PINETA ETS Association, which has managed the facility since 2021, has as its primary goal the development of social, ethical, and sustainable tourism, with particular attention to the integration and social inclusion of vulnerable groups and the valorization of the local area and local products.
