The house is located in the municipality of Vicchio in Mugello, 30 km from Florence. It can be reached via a paved road 3.5 km from Vicchio (train and bus station). It is nestled halfway up a hill, surrounded by ample green space. It is the large rectory of the ancient parish church of Rostolena, which is available for services and prayers.

It is located near Barbiana (where Don Lorenzo Milani lived and is buried), a few kilometers away is the Mugello racetrack, the birthplace of Giotto (museum) and of Beato Angelico.

House amenities: 40 beds (bunk beds with blankets, pillows, etc.), 7 bedrooms, heating, adequate bathrooms and showers, fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, slicer, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, etc.), outdoor space and parking, soccer field, volleyball court (lit), campfire area, wood-burning oven and barbecue, amphitheater, adjacent church available, several gazebos with tables and chairs, porch with ping pong table, renovated barn, space for tents.

It is also suitable for courses for groups of up to 40 people (the meeting room is equipped with a video projector and screen).
