The "San Giuseppe – Antonio Branca" shelter offers rooms for one to three people, all with private bathrooms and essential amenities for a peaceful stay. Amenities include a refreshment area, free internet, a garden, parking, and everything else available at IRST.

The three-story structure was designed to meet the highest hospitality standards. The rooms, sleeping from one to three people, are furnished to offer the highest levels of comfort.

Each room has:
- private bathroom with linens, hairdryer and toiletries;
- refrigerator;
- kettle for preparing hot drinks;
- disposable materials (plates/cutlery/glasses)
- television;
- safe.
On the ground floor there are rooms available to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.

Reception - A reception and information service is available for all guests.
Dining Area - The House has a shared kitchen area (with sink, microwave, refrigerator, disposable tableware, and suitable containers for heating food) and an adjoining dining room. Guests can also take advantage of the daytime canteen service at IRST.
Internet - All guests have free Wi-Fi access to the Internet.
Parking and garden - There are parking spaces inside and outside the Institute. The Institute has a green area open to guests.
Shuttle - IRST, thanks to the support of volunteers, IOR offers patients and their companions a free transportation service to and from IRST offices.
Self-service canteen - Patients and their companions can use the service available at IRST.

Guests can obtain lists of affiliated and non-affiliated restaurants and laundry services at the reception, including distances, type of service, and availability for delivery. Meals can be consumed in the guestroom or in designated areas of the facility. Practical information about the area, transportation options, and distances from tourist or recreational areas is also provided.
