Villa Sancelso is located in Castione della Presolana, a characteristic village in the Seriana Valley, situated at 900 m above sea level, at the foot of the Presolana massif and Monte Pora.

The property is located next to the Orobie Bergamasche Regional Park, the largest protected area of outstanding natural beauty in Lombardy. This enchanting mountain park is known for its peaks over 3,000 meters high, wide valleys, and lush forests, offering a natural setting of extraordinary beauty.

Castione della Presolana stands out for its traditional architecture, which uses natural materials like wood and stone. It also enjoys a privileged panoramic position, offering spectacular views of the Seriana Valley.

Villa Sancelso is open year-round and welcomes sports, family, school, and university groups. It is also available for seminars, residential conferences, training and refresher courses, and master classes, as well as for parish groups and groups of other religious denominations.

We offer short-term, self-managed rentals, with the option of requesting a catering service, including customized menus.

The property is located at the entrance to the village, in a quiet area yet very close to the center, connected by a pedestrian path surrounded by greenery. It is surrounded by a large 14,000 m² private park, equipped for various outdoor sports activities.

- Spacious dining room that can accommodate up to 150 guests (approx. 270 m²) with an adjoining bright glass-enclosed living room featuring a large fireplace. The high wooden ceilings and thoughtful lighting make this spacious space very enjoyable and elegant.
- On the first floor you will find a reading room with triple views onto the balcony
- Fitness room – Psychomotor skills (40 m², equipped with parquet) with convenient attached storage and adjacent dedicated common services

We guarantee full accessibility for disabled guests, who have two adequately equipped bathrooms dedicated to them.
