The "Sant'Udalrico" holiday home in Dimaro is a vacation rental for organized groups. It is owned by the Parish of Sant'Udalrico in Lavis. Management is entrusted to the Don Grazioli cooperative, and use of the facility is reserved for cooperative members. Members are individuals who support the cooperative, including through volunteer work, and organizations or associations, including several parishes in various regions of Italy, that have been admitted to membership. Membership is a prerequisite for these organizations to use the facility.

The house has 50 beds in 13 rooms with bathrooms and showers, a kitchen completely renovated in 2014, a dining hall, a chapel, a large attic room for internal activities, and outdoor spaces for group activities. The structure consists of a ground floor and two floors of rooms, in addition to the attic room. There is also an outdoor garage. A parking lot and a soccer/volleyball field are located nearby. There are also large open outdoor spaces for group activities.

The house enjoys a beautiful location above the town of Dimaro, along the road leading to the Campo Carlomagno Pass and Madonna di Campiglio. Dimaro is a town in the Val di Sole, 60 km from Trento, located at the confluence of the Meledrio and Noce rivers, on the edge of the Folgarida forest, a winter sports center. In summer, the Noce River is used for rafting. Its proximity to Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio, and the Tonale Pass enhances its location in both winter and summer. A few kilometers away are the Rabbi and Pejo valleys, sources of mineral water and popular hiking destinations, as well as the nearby Presenella, Brenta, and Cevedale mountains, offering a wealth of challenging trails and leisurely walks.
