Description

The holiday home "Sant'Udalrico" in Dimaro is a holiday facility for organised groups. The property is owned by the Parish of Sant'Udalrico in Lavis. Management is entrusted to the Don Grazioli cooperative and the use of the facility is reserved for members of the cooperative. Members are people who support the Cooperative, including through volunteering, and entities or associations, including some parishes in various regions of Italy, which have been admitted to the social structure. Admission as members is a prerequisite for the use of the facility by these organisations.

The house has 50 beds divided into 13 rooms with bathrooms and showers, a kitchen completely renovated in 2014, a dining room, a chapel, a large attic room for internal activities and outdoor spaces for group activities. The structure is composed of a ground floor and two floors of rooms in addition to the attic room. There is also an external garage. Near the structure there is a parking lot and a soccer/volleyball field. There are also large free outdoor spaces for group activities.

The house is located in a beautiful position above the town of Dimaro, along the road that leads to the Campo Carlomagno pass and Madonna di Campiglio. Dimaro is a town in Val di Sole, 60 km from Trento, located at the confluence of the Meledrio stream and the Noce river, on the edge of the Folgarida forest, a center for winter sports. In summer, the Noce river is used for rafting. The proximity of Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and the Tonale pass enhances its position both in the winter and summer seasons. A few kilometers away are the Rabbi and Pejo valleys, sources of mineral water and excursion destinations, as well as the nearby mountains of Presenella, Brenta and Cevedale, full of challenging itineraries or quiet walks.
