Description

"Casa Serena" is located 1200m above sea level in the municipality of Solagna (VI) on the Monte Grappa massif.

The 600-square-meter house is divided into three floors and can accommodate groups of up to 60 people. The ground floor contains the refectory, pantry, kitchen equipped for groups, and a bathroom block; the first and second floors, in addition to a large living room, contain the bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside, the house is surrounded by meadows and woods. In the summer, a large awning with benches and tables is set up in the garden for activities.

The house, open all year round, is heated and is the ideal place for group activities.

Church and supermarket 1 to 5 km away. Residential area 5 to 10 km away. Pharmacy and hospital over 10 km away.
