THE CALL OF THE MOUNTAIN

Built in 2009 with an internal project, Casa Elica has reflected the ideals of the Cooperative since its inception:
- Respect for the land, as it is being built to replace the old Mezzaselva nursery school, without using up virgin soil;
- The desire for inclusion, since it is free of architectural barriers and equipped to welcome people with disabilities;
- Harmony with the typical style of the place, so as not to create a structure that conflicts with the mountain landscape;
- The enhancement of the town, which can therefore benefit from an influx of tourists and an additional turnover.

Located next to the church of Mezzaselva, a hamlet of Roana on the Asiago Plateau (VI), this self-catering holiday home is ideal for groups. It boasts exceptional views of the plateau and is located at a crossroads leading to Asiago, Rotzo, and the Campolongo and Verena ski lifts.
