The house has a lawn with a large panoramic view that invites solitude. The structure is not suitable for groups of teenagers and young people who wish to have fun with loud audio instruments, while it is suitable for youth pastoral retreats and Scout camps.

Evening time restrictions, No smoking in the entire property, No noisy activities allowed after 11pm.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
