Our house is owned by the parish and is located between Bologna and Florence, 10 km from the Rioveggio exit of the A1 Panoramic Highway from Bologna and 12 km from the Pian del Voglio and/or Badia exit coming from Florence. It is also easily reachable by bus. We are at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level near the "Via degli Dei" path and the new "Via Mater Dei".

On the first floor there are rooms for 4 to 12 people. On the second floor there are rooms for 4 to 20 people. All rooms are equipped with new wardrobes and new or almost new beds. There are 8 showers, 5 bathrooms, hot water, mattress covers and pillowcases, cloths, etc. It is sufficient to bring only personal effects and cleaning products.

The kitchen has everything you need for self-management: dishes, pans and professional equipment including a latest generation 20-tray steam oven, pasta cooker/kettle, 4-burner stove, lava stone plate, outdoor barbecue, refrigerators, freezer, mixer, planetary mixer, mini primer, juicer, vegetable cutter.

Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, TV lounge (complete with giant screen for screening films, videos and slides), cleaning equipment, outdoor park with amphitheatre, basketball/volleyball sports area with synthetic pitch, chapel for prayer, small car park. The parish church is available to guests and the accompanying priest for prayer and celebrations.

Possibility of having fresh bread every morning brought directly from the village baker at 7:00. 50 meters away there is a supermarket open also on Sunday morning and 2 km away there is a discount store.

Before departure the house must be cleaned and left in the same conditions found upon arrival.

Within 200 m. bus stop, bar/restaurant, supermarket, residential area. Within 1 km church, ATM, pharmacy. Between 5 and 10 km train station. Over 10 km airport, hospital.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not apply rates but accepts donations in favor of the management body.
