Casa Verana is located in the hamlet of the same name in Champorcher at 1270 metres above sea level and is a 19th century building owned by the Diocesan Institute for the Support of the Clergy of Aosta.
The building, which was once the seat of a rectory and later the town's primary school, has recently been renovated. It is spread over five floors and is ready to welcome organised groups throughout the year.
It can accommodate up to fifty guests in dormitories with facilities on the floor and in comfortable double or quadruple rooms with private facilities. The structure is completed by a games room in the basement, a green area, a recreation room, an equipped kitchen and a refectory.
Situated on the edge of the Mont Avic Natural Park and 2 minutes from the Champorcher ski area (alpine and Nordic skiing), due to its location and organisation it is the ideal refuge for nature lovers, for those who love sporting activities in a natural environment and for colonies, parish groups, families, oratories, scout groups, sports groups and school groups who will be able to take advantage of the sporting and naturalistic opportunities offered by the area.
