Casa Verana is located in the hamlet of the same name in Champorcher, at 1,270 meters above sea level, and is a 19th-century building owned by the Diocesan Institute for the Support of the Clergy of Aosta.
The building, formerly home to a rectory and later the town's elementary school, has recently been renovated. It is spread over five floors and is ready to welcome organized groups throughout the year.

It can accommodate up to fifty guests in shared dormitories with shared bathrooms and in comfortable double or quadruple rooms with private bathrooms. The facility also includes a games room in the basement, a green area, a recreation room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining hall.

Located on the edge of the Mont Avic Natural Park and 2 minutes from the Champorcher ski area (alpine and Nordic skiing), due to its location and organization, it is the ideal refuge for nature lovers, for sporting activities in a natural environment and for colonies, parish groups, families, oratories, scout groups, sports groups and school groups who will be able to take advantage of the sporting and naturalistic opportunities offered by the area.
