The “San Gabriele Spirituality Center” which is part of the structure of the Sanctuary of San Gabriele dell'Addolorata, in the municipality of Isola del Gran Sasso (TE), welcomes groups (of at least 15 people) and organizes courses of spiritual exercises. On the ground floor it has a chapel, a conference room and a dining room, on the three upper floors it has rooms, all with bathroom, double or single located on a large corridor and overlooking the park and enjoying the view of the Gran Sasso mountain range. At guests' disposal there is also a TV with CD players, DVD and video projector, Internet connection via free wireless connection. The structure also has a sports field.

The Centre, immersed in greenery, at 450 metres above sea level, offers a view of the valley and peak of the Gran Sasso (2912 metres) and the chain of smaller mountains that slope down to its left. It is located on the A24 Teramo-L'Aquila-Rome motorway (the exit is San Gabriele-Colledara) and allows excursions to Prati di Tivo and Campo Imperatore, both summer and winter resorts, both reachable in 45 minutes by car. The sea of Giulianova (TE) is at the same distance. It is also possible to visit Teramo, Campli, Civitella del Tronto, Atri: towns rich in art and cultural traditions; or the Sanctuary of San Giovanni Paolo II in San Pietro della Ienca (AQ) and the city of L'Aquila, the capital of the Region. A few kilometres away (12) is the village of Castelli, known for its artistic ceramics. At 200 metres. the bus stop, the bank, bars, restaurants and shops. At a distance of 1.5 km. there are supermarkets and a pharmacy. At a greater distance there is the hospital and the railway station in the city of Teramo.

The Spirituality Center is a true oasis of silence, prayer, relaxation and good food.
