Description

Certosa from 1515, former Franciscan convent and later Certosino halfway up the mountain leading to the Sacra di San Michele in Val Susa and adjacent to the Avigliana Lakes (Turin).
For centuries a place of rest and reflection, today it is simultaneously a hospitality facility, a conference center, a training center, and a venue for organizing cultural and tourist events.
The Certosa restaurant offers quality food: organic, thanks to a partnership with Alce Nero, a local organization that promotes the products of the Susa Valley and Piedmont, and, of course, Libera Terra products sourced from fields confiscated from the mafia.
