The Jesuit convent, in the heart of the Gran Sasso National Park, is a historic 16th-century structure of notable architectural value.

The Convent accommodates 30 people in 3 single rooms and 14 double rooms. Each room has a sink with hot and cold water; bathrooms and showers are shared, for a total of 10 showers and 7 fully equipped bathrooms.
The house is spread over three levels and features a refectory, meeting rooms, a chapel, a laundry room, a commercial kitchen (fully equipped with cookware, appliances, and all the necessary utensils for food preparation and serving), a pantry, a telephone, internet access, and Wi-Fi. A large green area with a fir forest is adjacent to the building.
Typically, use of the house is completely self-managed (this means guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels, toiletries, detergents, etc.), with the owner's consent. This is done through a voluntary donation, plus the cost of gas and electricity (calculated by reading the meters at the beginning and end of the stay). In summer, an average consumption of approximately €30 per day is assumed; in autumn/winter, when heating is on, this amount increases to approximately €150 per day.
The house must be returned clean and in the same condition in which it was found.
Damage to property and any malfunctions, faults in materials, and appliances available to users must be reported.
Various forms of collaboration with the Association for hospitality management must be agreed upon separately. Linen rental (sheets, towels, etc.) can be provided at the user's expense. Any kitchen and/or cleaning services must be arranged privately.
Please remember that within the municipality, separate waste collection is mandatory: glass, paper, plastic, metal, organic waste, and dry waste, according to a daily schedule.

By provisions of the Ministry of Tourism, the facility is exempt from the National Identification Code as it does not charge fees but accepts donations to the management body.
