Villa Divin Redentore is located in Cogoleto, between Arenzano and Varazze. Nestled on a gentle hillside in the Beigua Park, just a stone's throw from the sea, its unique location guarantees breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. Nestled in a large park of olive trees, palms, and roses, our vacation home is the ideal place for families: here, children can play safely, while parents relax in the shade of our trees.

Cogoleto is a typical Ligurian seaside village, rich in history and tradition. The beaches, both public and private, are very close and easily accessible on foot from the house.

The villa dates back to the late 19th/early 20th century. It belonged to the Bianchi Counts of Cogoleto and was known as Villa delle Rose (Villa of the Roses) because it was surrounded by numerous rose gardens. During World War II, it served as a German outpost, boasting a turret that allowed it to dominate the sea and the surrounding area. The villa is in Art Nouveau style, and some rooms have remained in their original state. The marvelous 20th-century mosaics and frescoes can be visited.

The ballroom has now become a beautiful church, brought to life on Sundays by liturgical celebrations. The villa is surrounded by a large park open to visitors, which leads into the large Beigua Regional Natural Park. In the early 1930s, a summer camp was built below the villa by the Carmelite nuns of Turin, offering children with lung diseases the opportunity to spend the summer months in the beautiful seaside climate, cared for by the nuns.
Over time, the house has expanded and become a holiday home and residence for families and individuals wishing to spend time immersed in the beauty of nature and the healthy sea air.
