It has 70 rooms of various sizes and types: singles, doubles, triples, and quadruples, all converted from the cells where the monks lived, accessed via the long, wide corridors characteristic of every convent. Each room in the Domus Sessoriana has its own bathroom, terracotta floors, lime-washed walls, handcrafted furnishings made according to precise specifications from the Superintendency, combined with modern comforts: air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, and TV.

The entire structure is equipped with sophisticated lighting systems, fire prevention systems, and security systems managed by qualified personnel.
