Description

An eighteenth-century building, three stories high, used as a parish rectory until the 1960s, its original function has been changed to a guesthouse: a place of welcome for groups engaged in both pastoral/religious initiatives and simply recreational ones. It is located on the highest point of the Pieve di Castrignano (701 m above sea level).

It is managed by a group of lay volunteers, on behalf of the parish of Castrignano. The parish of Castrignano is part of a large parish made up of 12 communities, called "Parrocchia Santi Apostoli" with headquarters in Langhirano

The following are available: 2 double rooms, 3 four-bed rooms, 2 six-bed rooms, 1 eight-bed room, 1 ten-bed room, 1 twelve-bed room, 9 toilets and bathroom facilities with 8 shower cubicles conveniently distributed.

In addition: large hotel-style kitchen, breakfast and meal room, reading and conversation areas, outdoor spaces on natural terraces, mini football and volleyball court. Upon request, and only in the case of stays lasting at least a week, the nearby "Paolo Montali" room can also be made available.

Within 200 m. church, within 1 km bar/restaurant, inhabited area. Between 1 and 5 km bus stop, ATM, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital. Over 10 km train station, airport.

Deposit required, Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, Pets are not allowed.
