The Foresteria della Croce is a vacation home built on the ruins of an ancient convent and opened in 2003. The vacation home is owned by the Parish of SS. Nazario and Celso of Varazze and is located about 5 km from the center of the coastal town, approximately 300 meters above sea level, just beyond the hamlet of Castagnabuona. From here, it's easy to reach the beaches of Varazze and Celle Ligure via a convenient road or easy trails, and, if necessary, use the public transport to the hamlet of Castagnabuona.

The Foresteria della Croce is a vacation home designed for youth and religious tourism, particularly suitable for scout groups, family groups, and similar groups, as well as for spiritual retreats and prayer meetings. Adjacent to the house is the ancient Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Cross. Holy Mass is celebrated every Sunday in the nearby Church of San Rocco.

The structure is made up of two houses divided into 8 apartments.
