Description

Foresteria della Croce is a holiday home built on the ruins of an ancient convent and began its activity in 2003. The holiday home is owned by the Parish of SS. Nazario and Celso of Varazze and is about 5 km from the center of the coastal town, about 300 meters above sea level, just beyond the hamlet of Castagnabuona. From here it is easy to go down to the beaches of Varazze and Celle Ligure via a comfortable road suitable for vehicles or along easy paths and using, if necessary, the public transport to the hamlet of Castagnabuona.

Foresteria della Croce is a holiday home for youth and religious tourism, particularly suitable for scout groups, family groups and similar, as well as for spiritual retreats and prayer meetings. Adjacent to the house is the ancient Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Croce. Every Sunday, Holy Mass is celebrated in the nearby church of San Rocco.

The structure is composed of two houses divided into 8 accommodations.

Within 1 km church, bus stop. Between 1 and 5 km train station, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy. Over 10 km airport, hospital.
