The GENS PETILIA guest house is a simple yet welcoming and cool property in a quiet area, with free public parking, just 50 meters from the historic center.
We offer 14 rooms, sleeping 35 (with the option of 4 triples and 2 quadruples), private bathrooms and TVs in every room, a shared living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and soundproofed rooms. Five rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Two large multi-purpose rooms are also available for educational, recreational, and sports activities. Breakfast, not included in the rate, is served upon request only during high season. Guests can also take advantage of the numerous nearby bars or the on-site vending machine.

The "Gens Petilia" holiday home, owned by the Diocese of Pitigliano-Sovana-Orbetello, is managed by the "La Fortezza" cooperative, which has collaborated with the Diocese for over thirty years, including organizing tourism, managing monuments, and guided tours throughout the Maremma region.
