The house is located within the Don Orione complex of Monte Mario, located in the highest part of the park of the same name.

The modern and welcoming facility is open year-round and welcomes individuals and groups from all over the world, offering overnight accommodation and catering services.

The entire complex is barrier-free, with every room accessible via ramps or elevators. The spacious and comfortable rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms, some of which are accessible for guests with mobility issues.

Attached to the house is the Church of "S. Maria Mater Dei." Guests have the opportunity to join the parish community for prayer or, upon request, use the same or another private chapel for prayer with their own group.
