Since 1940, when it belonged to the Cavulli family of Bologna, the hotel's name was “Santa Maria ad Nives,” linked to the history of the Madonna delle Nevi and her devotion in the Fassa Valley.

In the early 1980s, the Bishop of Vicenza, His Excellency Monsignor Onisto, purchased the building and handed it over to the Catholic Action of Vicenza, which turned it into a hotel and a reception center for its summer training programs with young people.

For about 40 years, the Hotel Santa Maria ad Nives has maintained its nature as a hotel and a meeting and training place for young people and groups.

Today, all rooms have a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. It's a welcoming, clean, and simple 2-star hotel. We strive to ensure our guests find a welcoming environment for a relaxing holiday and an exciting experience of the area.
