A farmhouse with apartments, part of an organic farm that grows primarily grains, fodder, and truffles. Since the early 1970s, our farm has been a pioneer in cultivating this tuber, boasting the largest area dedicated to cultivation in Europe.

This agriturismo, located in the municipality of Acqualagna, on the edge of Montefeltro, is nestled on a hilltop with spectacular views of the Marche countryside and the Apennine mountains. Away from noise, you can relax in the pool with hydromassage (open June 1 - September 15, with the entire pool and hydromassage area scheduled for spring 2026) or enjoy activities like mountain biking, hiking, and more.

The eco-sustainable structure is equipped with numerous amenities for a pleasant and active stay: a swimming pool with hydromassage, a shared recreation room, a children's playground, a BBQ area with covered tables, and nature trails. All accommodations are air-conditioned, as are the dining room and recreation room, and the restaurant kitchen.

The property's strategic location makes it easy to visit art cities such as Urbino, Gubbio, Fano, and more, as well as natural wonders such as the Furlo Nature Reserve, the Frasassi Caves, Sasso Simone and Simoncello, and Conero Park.

For groups, we organize trekking excursions with snacks to eat along the way, truffle hunting excursions with tastings of the harvested product (exclusively on harvest dates), and educational excursions to the truffle grounds with the option of tasting (all year round) of fresh or preserved product (depending on the harvest season).

In addition to the 44 beds (expandable to 54), spread across 8 accommodations, there are 8 camper/caravan pitches and 4 tent pitches. Maximum occupancy is 54 people.

In the hamlet composed of three buildings of our farmhouse there is a church, a bar/restaurant open for events, reserved dinners, ceremonies, holidays, and meetings.

Minimum 2-night stay during low season. New Year's Eve and long weekends require a 3-night minimum. During the summer, a 7-night minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday, is required. A deposit is required.

Rates STARTING from €20 per person per day during low season with semi-managed accommodations. Utilities and cleaning included. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens included (updated 2026). These rates do not include exclusive use of the entire property, but rather a bed in the booked accommodations.
