The house is a Convent of the Capuchin Friars Minor of the Seraphic Province of the Immaculate Conception and given to the management of the ANSPI Padre Alberto Mileno Circle of Pescara, the parish oratory existing in the area since 1988 at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows of Pescara.

The facility welcomes parish groups and religious associations, accompanied by their priests, leaders, and educators for self-managed summer camps, retreats, spiritual exercises, and moments of prayer and reflection, immersed in an atmosphere of serenity and reflection.
