The Sisters Adorers of the Blood of Christ's presence in Viterbo began in the small villa at Viale IV Novembre 25, which they purchased to begin their educational work through a boarding school. At the incessant request of families, a middle school was also opened, and the house served as a school from 1940 until a school building was built in the Paradiso area.

Subsequently, the house on Viale IV Novembre hosted the nuns and some working boarders passing through or coming for spa treatments.

From 1980 to 1982 the building was completely renovated and adapted to meet the standards of a university residence, just as the first faculties established in Viterbo of the new University “La Tuscia” were being established.

Since 1992, it has been known as a "holiday home" and welcomes students, people staying in Viterbo for work, and anyone who chooses Viterbo for spa treatments, as well as tourists and pilgrims walking the Via Francigena.

Conferences and/or training courses are also held for groups of 20-25 people, by organizations and companies that find our environment suitable for their needs.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Pets are not allowed. Reception is open at fixed hours. Evening hours are restricted.
