Description

The holiday home is located: just outside the telematic gates of the centre (internal parking); approximately 1 km from Campo di Marte station (15' on foot) and 3 km from Santa Maria Novella (30' on foot/20' bus no. 14); 2 km from the Duomo (20' on foot).
The hospitality section consists of a main building (2 floors accessible by lift and stairs) with 58 rooms including singles, doubles, triples, quadruples, and quintuples and a 'Villino', an independent structure within the main building without a lift with 2 flights of stairs, for a total of 8 rooms divided into triples and quadruples for a total of 66 rooms.
Each room has its own private bathroom, and some beds have double beds. The rooms are equipped with soap, shower gel, and single-dose shampoo. Please bring your own hairdryer.
Check-in is possible until 7 pm.

Within 200 meters: church, bus stop, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, residential area. Within 1 km: train station. Between 5 and 10 km: airport.
