Ancient college renovated since 2005, annex of 19th century villa.

It has 38 rooms with 2-3-4 beds all with bathroom, for a total of 98 beds. It is equipped with a conference room with 140 seats and three meeting rooms with 20-50 seats. It also has a large park and a large parking lot also suitable for coaches. There is a gym for soccer and volleyball available upon reservation.
